Do you charge for travel?No. We incorperate gas into our base price along with cleaners and other expenses. However we do are unable to serve feasably beyond 60 miles from our base in Aberdeen, Washington, appologies.

What happens if I am unsatisfied with my service?Glad you asked! Document what was unsatisfactory and contact us. Depending on the case we will fix it, give you a discount on the next visit or give you a full refund (With documentation). Leave a review whether our service was terrible or amazing!

What if I dont like the cleaners Grime Busters Inc uses?Another good Question! We are more than happy to accommodate our customers and have an option to have us use your own cleaners providing nothing is caustic for the sake of our safety.

Payments Accepted
Unfortunately we are a pay in person company until further notice. Payment is expected upon finishing the job or the first week of the month for monthly contracts.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations no less than 24 hours otherwise we have a $20.00 inconvenience fee. Contracts longer than one month will be charged for a broke down service fee for cleaning already done and a refund for the remaining bookings.
Service Guarantee
We want to help you achieve your dream big or small so we have intentionally catered everything for your convenience.
We guarantee you will love our work or we will fix it for free at no extra expense.
